All prices include conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunches. Social events will be charged 60 EUR incl. VAT separately.

For logistical reasons, lunches and tickets for social events (conference dinner and the party; booked separately) may not be guaranteed for registrations after 15 April 2026.

Regular registration closes with the abstract submission deadline.

Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. No cash payment is possible.

Validation of registration
Your registration becomes valid only after we have received your full registration fee, free from additional bank fees that might be charged for international transactions by your bank. Afterwards, you will receive your ticket by email.

Additional fees
In some cases (outside the EU), wire transfers may be charged by your bank institute with additional fees for international transactions. These additional fees are not covered by the organisers.

Visa information (important)
Participants are responsible for checking whether they require a visa to enter Germany. If a visa is required, please apply well in advance. Upon completed registration and full payment, we can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. Please contact info-seedcon@atb-potsdam.de. Please note that visa processing times vary and are beyond the control of the organisers.

Student

This category is open to all undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. A valid student ID or enrollment certificate may be required at the time of registration.

Academic / Non-Profit

Eligible participants include faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, and employees of universities, research institutes, and non-profit organizations. A professional affiliation with an academic or non-profit institution is required.

Industry

This category is for participants affiliated with for-profit organizations, including companies in agriculture, biotechnology, life sciences, and related industries.
